# DrawPlan vs RealScan

The clearest difference is update cadence: DrawPlan at every 5 days against RealScan's every 2 months. DrawPlan also leads on ratings volume (5.3K vs 52). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DrawPlan sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and RealScan sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.5 for DrawPlan against 3.5 for RealScan. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DrawPlan has 5.3K ratings behind it against 52, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 13% of DrawPlan's written reviews are positive against 15% of RealScan's.

DrawPlan ships an update every 5 days, RealScan every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
