# DrawPlan vs 3D Snap

The clearest difference is ads: DrawPlan at none against 3D Snap's shown. DrawPlan also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (5.3K vs 575). 3D Snap's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.5) and review sentiment (31% vs 13%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DrawPlan sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 3D Snap sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

3D Snap holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DrawPlan has 5.3K ratings behind it against 575, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 13% of DrawPlan's written reviews are positive against 31% of 3D Snap's.

DrawPlan ships an update weekly, 3D Snap every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
