# DrawPlan vs Stud Finder

The clearest difference is rating: Stud Finder at 4.7 against DrawPlan's 3.5. DrawPlan's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (5.3K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DrawPlan sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Stud Finder sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stud Finder holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DrawPlan has 5.3K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DrawPlan ships an update every 5 days, Stud Finder monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
