# PRO vs Apex Booking

The clearest difference is ads: PRO at none against Apex Booking's shown. PRO also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 21 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PRO ships an update every 5 weeks, Apex Booking every 21 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
