# PRO vs InspectorIQ

The clearest difference is review sentiment: InspectorIQ at 80% against PRO's 4%. InspectorIQ also leads on rating (4.3 vs 1.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). PRO's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InspectorIQ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. PRO asks for nothing beyond the download.

InspectorIQ holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InspectorIQ has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 4% of PRO's written reviews are positive against 80% of InspectorIQ's.

PRO ships an update every 5 weeks, InspectorIQ weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
