The clearest difference is ads: Feed the Cheeks at none against Fare Rewards's shown. Feed the Cheeks also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months). Fare Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (80 vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Feed the Cheeks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fare Rewards has 80 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
