# IKEA vs AM STORE

The clearest difference is ads: AM STORE at none against IKEA's shown. AM STORE also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). IKEA's advantage is ratings volume (150K vs 3) and chart position (#60 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AM STORE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IKEA has 150K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IKEA ships an update fortnightly, AM STORE every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
