# Lettuce Grow vs Mother App

The clearest difference is rating: Lettuce Grow at 4.7 against Mother App's 3.0. Lettuce Grow also leads on ratings volume (776 vs 5). Mother App's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 27%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Lettuce Grow holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lettuce Grow has 776 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Lettuce Grow's written reviews are positive against 50% of Mother App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
