# [solidcore] vs DailyNourish

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DailyNourish at 100% against [solidcore]'s 21%. DailyNourish also leads on iOS requirement (14.2 vs 16.4). [solidcore]'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (29K vs 13). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DailyNourish sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. [solidcore] asks for nothing beyond the download.

[solidcore] holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: [solidcore] has 29K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of [solidcore]'s written reviews are positive against 100% of DailyNourish's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

[solidcore] ships an update every 6 weeks, DailyNourish monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
