# Wizz App vs Type Big

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Type Big at 100% against Wizz App's 42%. Type Big also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and device support (3 vs 1). Wizz App's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 19 months) and ratings volume (304K vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wizz App sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Type Big sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Type Big holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wizz App has 304K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 42% of Wizz App's written reviews are positive against 100% of Type Big's.

Wizz App ships an update weekly, Type Big every 19 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
