# Frame Pro vs Dualgram

The clearest difference is ads: Frame Pro at none against Dualgram's shown. Frame Pro also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Dualgram's advantage is ratings volume (2.7K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Frame Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dualgram sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Frame Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dualgram has 2.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Frame Pro's written reviews are positive against 56% of Dualgram's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Frame Pro ships an update every 3 months, Dualgram every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
