# Notes for Apple Watch vs WatchTeams

The clearest difference is rating: Notes for Apple Watch at 4.3 against WatchTeams's 3.0. Notes for Apple Watch also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 11) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). WatchTeams's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes for Apple Watch sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. WatchTeams asks for nothing beyond the download.

Notes for Apple Watch holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notes for Apple Watch has 2.8K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Notes for Apple Watch's written reviews are positive against 50% of WatchTeams's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Notes for Apple Watch ships an update weekly, WatchTeams every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
