# MemCards vs Mopiq

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MemCards at none against Mopiq's 11. MemCards also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 69%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). Mopiq's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mopiq sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. MemCards asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mopiq holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mopiq has 1.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of MemCards's written reviews are positive against 69% of Mopiq's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
