# Foldered vs NC File Manager

The clearest difference is update cadence: Foldered at every 6 days against NC File Manager's every 2 weeks. Foldered also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Foldered sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and NC File Manager sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
