# FlickJot vs RemNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: RemNote at every 3 days against FlickJot's every 5 weeks. RemNote also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 17) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). FlickJot's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlickJot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RemNote holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemNote has 1.7K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of FlickJot's written reviews are positive against 73% of RemNote's.

FlickJot ships an update every 5 weeks, RemNote every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
