# FlickJot vs Notes+

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Notes+ at 3.2K against FlickJot's 17. Notes+ also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks) and review sentiment (76% vs 67%). FlickJot's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlickJot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Notes+ sells 35 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for FlickJot against 4.7 for Notes+. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notes+ has 3.2K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of FlickJot's written reviews are positive against 76% of Notes+'s.

FlickJot ships an update every 5 weeks, Notes+ every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
