# MAS REAL vs Ghost Detector

The clearest difference is ads: MAS REAL at none against Ghost Detector's shown. Ghost Detector's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 25 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MAS REAL ships an update every 25 months, Ghost Detector every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
