# RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION vs Jailbreak!

The clearest difference is ads: Jailbreak! at none against RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION's shown. Jailbreak! also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and review sentiment (60% vs 51%). RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 244). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Jailbreak! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION has 1.6K ratings behind it against 244, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION's written reviews are positive against 60% of Jailbreak!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RACE THE SUN CHALLENGE EDITION ships an update monthly, Jailbreak! weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
