# Mo Disk vs ClickFree

The clearest difference is rating: ClickFree at 4.1 against Mo Disk's 3.0. ClickFree also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 61) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). Mo Disk's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (46% vs 26%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ClickFree sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Mo Disk asks for nothing beyond the download.

ClickFree holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ClickFree has 1.2K ratings behind it against 61, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Mo Disk's written reviews are positive against 26% of ClickFree's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mo Disk ships an update every 6 months, ClickFree every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
