# Disc Golf Valley vs Finalist

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Finalist at none against Disc Golf Valley's 27. Finalist also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (67% vs 52%). Disc Golf Valley's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 3) and rating (4.4 vs 4.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Disc Golf Valley sells 27 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Finalist asks for nothing beyond the download.

Disc Golf Valley holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Disc Golf Valley has 2.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Disc Golf Valley's written reviews are positive against 67% of Finalist's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Disc Golf Valley ships an update fortnightly, Finalist every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
