# Raffle Name vs Random Name Generator & Picker

The clearest difference is monetization model: Random Name Generator & Picker at free with in-app purchases against Raffle Name's subscription. Raffle Name's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (5.6K vs 183). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Raffle Name sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year and Random Name Generator & Picker sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $0.89 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
