# Alpha Speed vs Take Your Line

The clearest difference is rating: Take Your Line at 4.7 against Alpha Speed's 4.0. Take Your Line also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (15K vs 1). Alpha Speed's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 62%) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Take Your Line sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Alpha Speed asks for nothing beyond the download.

Take Your Line holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Take Your Line has 15K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Alpha Speed's written reviews are positive against 62% of Take Your Line's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Alpha Speed ships an update every 10 months, Take Your Line every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
