# X vs HFun Fly

The clearest difference is rating: HFun Fly at 3.4 against X's 3.1. HFun Fly also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). X's advantage is review sentiment (34% vs 18%) and ratings volume (30 vs 9). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HFun Fly holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 30 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of X's written reviews are positive against 18% of HFun Fly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

X ships an update every 5 weeks, HFun Fly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
