# Loopz vs Drumify

The clearest difference is update cadence: Drumify at every 9 days against Loopz's every 3 months. Loopz's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (86 vs 9). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loopz sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Drumify sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loopz holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Loopz has 86 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Loopz ships an update every 3 months, Drumify every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
