# Design Sticky vs Widget Memo

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Design Sticky at none against Widget Memo's 1. Design Sticky also leads on review sentiment (91% vs 69%) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 9 days). Widget Memo's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (23 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widget Memo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Design Sticky asks for nothing beyond the download.

Widget Memo holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widget Memo has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Design Sticky's written reviews are positive against 69% of Widget Memo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Design Sticky ships an update every 3 days, Widget Memo every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
