# Toyota vs 1247

The clearest difference is monetization model: 1247 at free against Toyota's free with in-app purchases. 1247 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Toyota's advantage is ratings volume (882K vs 1) and chart position (#11 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

1247 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Toyota has 882K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Toyota ships an update monthly, 1247 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
