LoadTraxx simplifies the tracking of short haul load data in the cab while cleaning up the invoicing process in the office. With load data submitted electronically, billing departments no longer have to shuffle through dirty, wrinkled paperwork in order to create invoices. The LoadTraxx App for drivers combined with the Online Dashboard for billing departments is an easy and powerful way to submit, store, and access data. The LoadTraxx App for drivers can be downloaded for free, but can only be used with a subscription to the LoadTraxx Online Dashboard. When a subscription is purchased, you will be provided with a UserName and Password that can be used to login with the LoadTraxx App for drivers. LoadTraxx eliminates the need for messy paperwork, trying to decipher illegible handwriting, and the retyping of data, allowing companies to streamline their process and get more work done faster. Using the app, drivers can quickly and easily set the customer, location, and material details of their haul and get on the road faster. At the end of each day, drivers simply submit their daily log via the app which is then synced with the online dashboard. This new way to manage load data means instant invoices in the office. Short haul tracking and billing automation is just a few taps away.

Your 330 is on the Henderson job. The dozer is there too. The Bobcat is at Maple St. You know that because you opened Spoil Stack, not because you made four phone calls. Spoil Stack keeps your jobs, machines, crew and haul counts in one simple app. It's built for excavation crews who run on whiteboards, group texts and paper today. Every load, on the record. Start a haul session and log loads with one tap, right from the Lock Screen. Every load gets a timestamp, the machine and the material. If the trucker says 16 and the foreman says 14, you have the record. Know where your iron is. See every machine and the job it's on. Move one to another site with a tap, and log hour meter readings as you go. Know who's where. The crew schedule shows who's on which job today and this week. Each person can open "just me" to see their own day. The whole job in one place. Todos, photos, plans you can mark up, permits and documents, daily logs, T&M tags, crew hours and a shared job notepad the whole crew can write in. When the job's done, export a closeout package with the records and files. Start the day knowing the plan. A morning email lists today's jobs, who's on them and where the machines are. Tap any job or machine in it to open it right in the app. No signal in the hole? Keep working. Spoil Stack saves everything on the phone and syncs it when you're back in range. What you get: - Job tracking with your own status stages - Machine locations, job assignments and hour meters - Timestamped haul counts, with a Lock Screen counter during haul sessions - Crew schedule by day and week - Shared job notepad, todos, photos, plans with markup and documents - Daily logs, T&M tags and crew hours - Closeout package exports - 5-day weather for every job site - Morning email with links straight to each job and machine - Crew logins with owner and crew roles - Works offline on low-signal jobsites Built for small excavation crews that need to track their iron, log their loads and keep the job record straight.
