# Marble Wallpaper vs BFF Wallpaper

The clearest difference is rating: BFF Wallpaper at 4.6 against Marble Wallpaper's 4.0. BFF Wallpaper also leads on ratings volume (648 vs 54). Marble Wallpaper's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 43%) and update cadence (every 13 months vs every 27 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BFF Wallpaper holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BFF Wallpaper has 648 ratings behind it against 54, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Marble Wallpaper's written reviews are positive against 43% of BFF Wallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Marble Wallpaper ships an update every 13 months, BFF Wallpaper every 27 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
