# AlbayanDocs vs Scribd

The clearest difference is rating: AlbayanDocs at 3.7 against Scribd's 2.8. AlbayanDocs also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). Scribd's advantage is ratings volume (281 vs 3) and chart position (#121 vs unranked). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scribd sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. AlbayanDocs asks for nothing beyond the download.

AlbayanDocs holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scribd has 281 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
