# Start Change vs Reflekt

The clearest difference is update cadence: Start Change at every 2 months against Reflekt's every 9 months. Start Change also leads on ratings volume (26 vs 3). Reflekt's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Reflekt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Start Change has 26 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Start Change ships an update every 2 months, Reflekt every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
