# SofaBaton vs Achedaway

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SofaBaton at 37% against Achedaway's 0%. SofaBaton also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (298 vs 6). Achedaway's advantage is rating (2.8 vs 2.4) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Achedaway holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SofaBaton has 298 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of SofaBaton's written reviews are positive against 0% of Achedaway's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SofaBaton ships an update every 2 weeks, Achedaway every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
