# TCL Connect vs Trafik

The clearest difference is rating: Trafik at 5.0 against TCL Connect's 4.3. Trafik also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). TCL Connect's advantage is ratings volume (541 vs 1) and review sentiment (14% vs 0%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TCL Connect sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Trafik asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trafik holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TCL Connect has 541 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of TCL Connect's written reviews are positive against 0% of Trafik's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TCL Connect ships an update every 3 weeks, Trafik every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
