# Remootio vs Renogy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Remootio at 55% against Renogy's 11%. Renogy's advantage is rating (3.8 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (806 vs 60). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Renogy holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Renogy has 806 ratings behind it against 60, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Remootio's written reviews are positive against 11% of Renogy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Remootio ships an update every 6 weeks, Renogy every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
