# MZed vs DJEMBE FLOW

The clearest difference is ads: MZed at none against DJEMBE FLOW's shown. MZed also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). DJEMBE FLOW's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MZed sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $299.99 per year and DJEMBE FLOW sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DJEMBE FLOW holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MZed has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MZed ships an update weekly, DJEMBE FLOW every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
