# Wolf Simulator vs Operation Z

The clearest difference is ads: Operation Z at none against Wolf Simulator's shown. Operation Z also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wolf Simulator sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Operation Z sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wolf Simulator ships an update every 2 months, Operation Z fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
