# instaProtek vs De Pere Report It

The clearest difference is monetization model: De Pere Report It at free against instaProtek's free with in-app purchases. instaProtek's advantage is ratings volume (34K vs 6) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

De Pere Report It holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: instaProtek has 34K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

instaProtek ships an update every 3 weeks, De Pere Report It every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
