# Text Capture vs Offload

The clearest difference is update cadence: Text Capture at weekly against Offload's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Text Capture sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Offload sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Text Capture ships an update weekly, Offload fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
