# Evelity vs Candle

The clearest difference is update cadence: Candle at every 3 days against Evelity's fortnightly. Candle also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Evelity ships an update fortnightly, Candle every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
