# Social Ghost vs Aupair App

Social Ghost and Aupair App both sit at 4.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 64% of Aupair App's written reviews are positive against 25% of Social Ghost's. Aupair App also leads on ads (none vs shown). Social Ghost's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 20). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Social Ghost sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Aupair App sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for Social Ghost against 4.1 for Aupair App. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Social Ghost has 2.4K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 25% of Social Ghost's written reviews are positive against 64% of Aupair App's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
