# Teuida vs WordWake

The clearest difference is ads: WordWake at none against Teuida's shown. Teuida's advantage is ratings volume (59K vs 3) and chart position (#185 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teuida sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and WordWake sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Teuida against 5.0 for WordWake. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Teuida has 59K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 95% of Teuida's written reviews are positive against 100% of WordWake's.

Teuida ships an update every 4 days, WordWake every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
