# beResident vs SiiAPP

The clearest difference is rating: beResident at 1.7 against SiiAPP's 1.0. beResident also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 1). SiiAPP's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (12% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

beResident holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: beResident has 22 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of beResident's written reviews are positive against 12% of SiiAPP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

beResident ships an update every 2 months, SiiAPP fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
