# My Life Simulation vs Real Life Simulator

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Real Life Simulator at 100% against My Life Simulation's 29%. Real Life Simulator also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 months). My Life Simulation's advantage is rating (2.3 vs 1.8) and ratings volume (49 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Life Simulation sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Real Life Simulator sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Life Simulation holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Life Simulation has 49 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of My Life Simulation's written reviews are positive against 100% of Real Life Simulator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My Life Simulation ships an update every 5 months, Real Life Simulator every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
