# Noah vs Nara Therapy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nara Therapy at 100% against Noah's 61%. Nara Therapy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Noah's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 19). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noah sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Nara Therapy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nara Therapy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noah has 1.9K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 61% of Noah's written reviews are positive against 100% of Nara Therapy's.

Noah ships an update every 6 days, Nara Therapy fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
