# Noah vs Real Self

The clearest difference is rating: Noah at 4.7 against Real Self's 2.0. Noah also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 1). Real Self's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 6 days). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noah sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Real Self sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Noah holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noah has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Noah ships an update every 6 days, Real Self daily. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
