# Goldenvoice Festivals vs Proper NYE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Proper NYE at 100% against Goldenvoice Festivals's 38%. Goldenvoice Festivals's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (2K vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Goldenvoice Festivals holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goldenvoice Festivals has 2K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Goldenvoice Festivals's written reviews are positive against 100% of Proper NYE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Goldenvoice Festivals ships an update every 5 months, Proper NYE every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
