# andu vs Yaahlan

The clearest difference is rating: andu at 4.2 against Yaahlan's 3.5. Yaahlan's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 11%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. andu sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Yaahlan sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

andu holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 296 and 154 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of andu's written reviews are positive against 30% of Yaahlan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

andu ships an update every 6 weeks, Yaahlan every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
