# Wallpapers vs Walpium

The clearest difference is rating: Walpium at 5.0 against Wallpapers's 4.2. Wallpapers's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 5). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wallpapers sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Walpium sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Walpium holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wallpapers has 1.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Wallpapers ships an update fortnightly, Walpium monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
