# Luminos Pro vs ComploDex

The clearest difference is update cadence: ComploDex at every 6 days against Luminos Pro's monthly. ComploDex also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Luminos Pro sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and ComploDex sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Luminos Pro ships an update monthly, ComploDex every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
