# 微博超话 vs POME

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 微博超话 at none against POME's 12. 微博超话 also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). POME's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (49% vs 24%). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. POME sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. 微博超话 asks for nothing beyond the download.

POME holds the better App Store score, 1.9 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: POME has 26 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 24% of 微博超话's written reviews are positive against 49% of POME's.
