# Nova Smash vs Battleground Commando Squad

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nova Smash at every 3 days against Battleground Commando Squad's every 2 months. Nova Smash also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (4.0 vs 3.7). Battleground Commando Squad's advantage is ratings volume (66 vs 4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nova Smash sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Battleground Commando Squad sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
